TheLifeVlog for 20100226: NYC Under Snow! (2m18s)
This morning I had to venture out into the snow-covered city to feed the cat of two friends of mine who are out of town. After the Slushageddon from last night, it was much easier getting around with much of the slush frozen. While it was colder, it was less windy. That said, the streets weren't completely plowed yet and while it did stop snowing for a bit, as I type this, hours later, it's started again. The forecast is saying we could have up to 18 inches over night.
ThePocketVlog for 20100225 pt 3! The Slushageddon has frozen over! Now it's getting a little crazy.
Yeah, before it wasn't sticking at all. Then it was sticking, but melting into an ugly slushy mess. Now the slush is freezing and getting covered with a snow of such high quality I want to ski it! But the snow is falling thick and steady. It's getting colder and it's windy as hell. It should be interesting to see what the city looks like tomorrow morning.
